In Case of Emergency

What should I do if I have a medical emergency?

Please call 911 or go directly to the nearest hospital if you are experiencing a true medical emergency.

For all other cases, please call 309.268.3200 twenty four hours a day, 7 days a week. A nurse  will speak with you to gather information and assess your condition. 

A physician will then be contacted, if appropriate, and determine the best course of action for your individual situation.
