Facial Plastic Surgery  Otolaryngology

Thomas Kelly, M.D., FACS, has an exceptional level of training. He is double board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology (ENT) and the the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Kelly specializes in medical and surgical treatments of the head and neck including facial plastic surgery (rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, otoplasty, facelift surgery and facial reconstructive surgery), endoscopic sinus surgery, minimally invasive parathyroid surgery, thyroid surgery, surgery for hearing loss, hoarseness, enlarged tonsils and sleep apnea. He enjoys caring for adults and children. Dr. Kelly is accepting new patients.

 

Dr. Kelly is double board certified. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. He received his medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield and completed his residency in Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. Dr. Kelly scored in the 93rd percentile nationally on the written portion of the board exam for facial plastic surgery. Dr. Kelly is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

 

Dr. Kelly also has a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL. He is an in-network provider for most insurances including Health Alliance and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
